BLACKLION'S Gold Cup cocktail recipe
BLACKLION, the vodka made with sheep's milk, has revealed its delicious new cocktail, in celebration of the Cheltenham Festival (14 - 17 March).
The cocktail has been created by one of the UKs most exciting and vibrant voices in the food & drink industry and author of 'Home Bar', Andy Clarke.
"It's the perfect nod to the beginning of spring and I think racegoers are going to love it. It's fruity, fun and brings out the luxurious texture and the delicious peppery qualities in BlackLion” explains Andy.
BLACKLION is an award-winning vodka recognised for being 100% sustainable as well as impossibly smooth & flavourful. It is fermented using the sugars-rich whey left over after the cheesemaking process and which would otherwise go to waste. The end-result is an incredibly rare, triple-distilled, triple-filtered, small-batch and eco-responsible British dairy product.
